The GOJO Distributor Incentive Program

GOJO, the parent company of Purell, wanted to incentivize their distributors to install and maintain Purell and GOJO dispensers at client locations. They needed a system that would allow distributors to easily submit installation information, track their submissions, and receive rewards for their efforts. GOJO's management team also required a way to review and approve these submissions efficiently. The system needed to accommodate 10 different regions and be available in 8 languages to serve GOJO's diverse distributor base.

Our Solution

We worked closely with GOJO and our partners at Oscat Agency, a specialist digital marketing agency, to develop a custom solution that would meet the needs of both distributors and management across all regions and languages.

We designed the system to seamlessly handle the complexities of multiple regions and languages. Distributors could easily select their region and preferred language, ensuring that they had a localized and personalized experience. All system communications, from submission forms to status updates, were available in the distributor’s chosen language.

For distributors, we created a user-friendly interface where they could easily enter client information, including the address, number, and type of dispensers and refills installed. We also implemented a bulk CSV upload feature, allowing distributors to submit multiple installations at once, saving them time and effort.

On the management side, we developed a comprehensive dashboard where the GOJO team could view all submissions at a glance. They could easily approve or deny each submission with just a click, streamlining the review process. Just like Purell and GOJO dispensers keep hands clean, our system kept the rewards process clean and efficient.

We also ensured that distributors could log in and view the status of their submissions at any time, providing transparency and accountability throughout the process.

Throughout the project, we collaborated closely with Oscat Agency, leveraging their expertise in digital marketing to ensure that the system was not only functionally sound but also aligned with GOJO’s broader marketing strategy.

The Results

The GOJO Rewards system was a resounding success. In the first year after launch, distributor participation increased, with over 1,000 new installations submitted. The bulk CSV upload feature was particularly popular.

The management team also reported significant time savings, with the average submission review time decreasing. This allowed them to process rewards more quickly, keeping distributors motivated and engaged.
